What makes people want to return?

Small changes.
Meaningful experiences.

The exercises are one part of the experience. How you introduce an activity, offer options, and invite people to interact can influence whether they feel welcome, capable, and connected.

Through reflection, simple movement experiences, and practical examples, explore three elements you can bring into a familiar activity right away.

Choice, challenge, and connection

  • Choice that creates ownership. Experience how language and meaningful options can change someone’s willingness to participate.
  • Challenge that builds confidence. Explore achievable next steps that respect individual ability and readiness.
  • Connection built into movement. Discover how a shared activity can invite interaction, contribution, and a common purpose.

Leave with something you can use

One activity.
A fresh approach.

Bring a familiar activity to rethink through the lens of choice, challenge, and connection. Leave with one practical change to try and a new way to notice the experience you are creating.

The hour includes reflection, practical examples, an opportunity to apply the ideas, and questions.

An introduction, with room to grow
