This is a group  brainstorm session. If you have a problem your stuck on or need more  ideas or help with a challenge your facing bring it to the group! We'll  do a "Yes. And" approach for your particular issue. How it  works: You present your challenge and someone speaks up with a  suggestion/idea. We are not supposed to criticize any of the ideas, so  it is a safe space for creative brainstorming, and when we take our turn  we are supposed to actively state something we like about the previous  idea, even if we disagree with other parts of it, and then add a new  idea building upon it with AND. If you have an issue/challenge  you would like to present please email me so I can be sure there's  enough time allotted for everyone.
