Movement can change how we age.
AGEnts of Movement is helping create a world where growing older is associated with possibility, not decline.

We equip movement leaders with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration to create experiences that build confidence, connection, purpose, and joy—not just physical health.
Because movement is about more than exercise. It's about dancing, hiking, playing, learning, getting up from the floor, and having the confidence to keep doing the things that matter most.
When you lead movement, you have the opportunity to influence far more than physical health.
You have the opportunity to change how people experience aging.

What We Believe
Movement is more than exercise.
It can create joy, connection, confidence, and purpose.
Belonging matters.
Great movement experiences build communities, not just stronger bodies.
Language shapes possibility.
We challenge ageist assumptions and use language that emphasizes ability, autonomy, and choice.
Everyone deserves options.
Movement should be adaptable and empowering—not based on assumptions about age.
Learning never stops.
We connect movement leaders with ideas, research, and one another so we can keep creating better experiences.

The Vision
Communities where movement is welcoming, meaningful, and accessible, and where growing older means discovering what's still possible.
Meet Erin
I'm Erin Eleu, founder of AGEnts of Movement. I'm an educator and advocate for active aging. I'm dedicated to reshaping how we think about movement across the lifespan.
My passion for this work is rooted in my professional journey as an exercise physiologist and an account manager for the SilverSneakers fitness program. Those experiences allowed me to develop an appreciation and love for serving older adults. They shaped my perspective on how we design physical activity offerings and provide an opportunity for meaningful engagement.
What I've come to believe is that improving health isn't just about better exercises. It's about creating environments where people feel seen, capable, connected, and inspired to keep moving. It's also about challenging the assumptions and ageism that can limit what we believe is possible as we grow older.
That realization led me to create AGEnts of Movement, a platform dedicated to helping movement leaders think differently about aging and create experiences that foster strength, confidence, connection and possiblity.
Through education, workshops, podcasts, and the Learning Library, I equip movement leaders with the tools, language, and mindset to become catalysts for active, more connected communities.
I've had the opportunity to present for leading organizations and contribute to conversations and literature shaping the future of active aging.
When we change how we lead movement, we change how people experience aging.
